Its location is truly unbeatable: just steps from the New York Public Library, Grand Central Station, Top of the Rock, and Rockefeller Center, with Times Square also within easy reach — and a subway entrance conveniently right beneath the hotel. Additionally, a basic GRMS (Guest Room Management System) helps optimize in-room lighting, contributing further to energy efficiency.
During our stay, we experienced firsthand the effectiveness of the EMS. Upon arrival, the weather was typical of a New York spring — sunny but cool, with nighttime temperatures dropping close to freezing. Mornings meant early wake-ups to explore the city, while afternoons reached over 26°C. In such unpredictable conditions, the room’s climate control system performed flawlessly: it automatically maintained a steady 20°C, adjusting silently and seamlessly, avoiding the usual swings between hot and cold that come with sudden temperature changes. This intelligent system provided ideal comfort without requiring any manual input, which is often the source of waste or technical issues.

We were also fortunate to be accompanied on a private hotel and suite tour to explore the exclusive spaces and services offered, and we received a complimentary late check-out, allowing us to enjoy this hidden paradise just a little longer.
